At La Privado Wellness, customer satisfaction and trust are important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@laprivade.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order ID, issue details, and clear images or videos of the product.
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Orders placed during clearance or special sale events (if mentioned)

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
