- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In rare cases, processing may take longer due to product availability, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.
We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, courier operations, and other external factors.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- Promotional offers such as free shipping may be provided from time to time at our discretion.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing tracking details (where available).
At La Privado, customer privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in secure and discreet packaging without revealing product details on the outer package.
Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. La Privado shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs and relevant information to investigate the issue.
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, courier issues, or other force majeure events are beyond our control.
